observed after dosing 1 hour, lateral position and cyanosis were seen after<br />
dosing 2 hour. Although, these symptoms were recovered after dosing 18<br />
hours, except diarrhea.<br />
There were no findings at autopsy after dosing 1 week.<br />
Test condition : Rat: SPF, Charles River Japan<br />
Dose: 20, 30g/kg (suspension)<br />
Animals were fasted for 4 hours before dosing.<br />
