This had been included in the itineraiy at the insistence of<br />

Paul Sithi-Amnusi.<br />

The visit consisted of a bus ride through<br />

the streets in which the Indust- ji !ark was located. The<br />

Industrial Park had been starl,ed ab,ut 60 years ago and was so<br />

completely built up that there; wa:, littl,<br />

subsidiary of' IBM. Continent'iiII Nitional Bank and<br />

Trust Company was host, at a lurichuoii for the Mission on April 30.<br />

Mr. Suriyon (21), Chairman of the Mission, was host at dinner<br />

for the Mission on the evening of April 30.<br />

The Voice of<br />

America arranged for a taped interview in<br />

Chicago with Dr. Amnuay<br />

(12) and with Mr. Suriyon (21). Sonn of the information from<br />

these tapes and commentaries based on the tapes were beamed by<br />

Voice of America to the Far East area.<br />
