C.3.1–General Rules
1) The user is any individual or company who uses music through public broadcast;
2) The amounts fixed on ECAD´s pricelist correspond to the different types of user and usage.

The amount of money collected by ECAD (25% is kept by ECAD/Societies and 75% is passed on to the copyright
