of Imark Communications for seven<br />

Corp. from 2003 until 2006. He is a past<br />

Industry Research (CEIR) and served on<br />

CFO at Primedia and held a number<br />

of f<strong>in</strong>ance positions dur<strong>in</strong>g his 16 years<br />

<strong>the</strong>re. He replaced Eric Berk who left<br />

<strong>the</strong> company. Reorganization <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> top<br />

ranks moved Kirk Laughl<strong>in</strong> <strong>in</strong>to <strong>the</strong><br />

newly created position of vice president,<br />

manag<strong>in</strong>g director of live events. Laughl<strong>in</strong><br />

had been editorial director of Ziff Davis<br />

Enterprise Events. His role will be <strong>the</strong><br />

fur<strong>the</strong>r development of <strong>the</strong> company’s<br />

company now provides services to about<br />

5,500 events annually at 62 convention<br />
