Final report<br />

Having completed the examination <strong>of</strong> the male genital<br />

system, the clinician may be asked to prepare a report<br />

on his or her findings. This will be based on the<br />

clinical examination <strong>of</strong> the patient, observation <strong>of</strong><br />

mating and semen evaluation. Current, past and future<br />

fertility can never be guaranteed. A description<br />

<strong>of</strong> current potential fertility can be made.<br />
