2.1 Introduction<br />

The <strong>AFOLUX</strong> <strong>CX</strong> series flat screen <strong>PC</strong> contains the AFLMB-<strong>CX</strong>700 motherboard. The<br />

motherboard is the heart of any <strong>com</strong>puter and is responsible for transmitting, receiving<br />

and processing data as well as driving the different onboard devices. This chapter gives a<br />

brief introduction to the AFLMB-<strong>CX</strong>700 motherboard.<br />

2.2 CPU Support<br />

The AFLMB-<strong>CX</strong>700 motherboard <strong>com</strong>es with a preinstalled VIA C7 ® or VIA Eden TM CPU.<br />
