INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING THE ADMISSION FORM
GENERAL INFORMATION
1. Candidates can apply for one or more than one upto five programmes of
study on the same form. However, they must pay Test/Processing fee for
each programme. Before filling the application form, the candidates are
advised to carefully read the eligibility conditions.
Note: There is a separate application form for admission to Foreign/
NRI/ Sponsored candidates.
2. The application form must be filled in CAPITAL LETTERS using a
BLACK BALLPOINT PEN ONLY. The information in the form will be
read by ICR technology. The applicants are, therefore, advised to strictly
follow the instructions given below in filling-up the form. Make sure that
your signature, address and photograph are within the space provided.
3. Do not staple or pin anything with the form. Use only U-clips.
4. INCOMPLETE APPLICATION FORMS ARE LIABLE TO BE
REJECTED
