d) Internal Candidate Information:
Write appropriate code in the box as shown below. Only those candidates
will be considered Internal candidate who have passed qualifying
examination for the course in which he/she is applying.
For example, if you are applying for admission to BUMS programme
and you have passed DPharm examination from Jamia Hamdard and
10+2 from any other institution, you will not be considered as internal
since 10+2 is the qualifying examination for admission to BUMS. In such
cases, write 4 in the box provided otherwise your form may be rejected.
