What do you like best? What can we do better to meet your needs and expectations? Throughout the year, you will have the opportunity to share your opinion on-line and off-line. Sustainers with Actives will be asked to serve on the Member Retention Ad Hoc to study the topic. And, a Sustainer Member Satisfaction committee is forming to brainstorm ways for meaningful outreach to further our relationships to keep Sustainers involved.
