The interior <strong>of</strong> the structure contains many original features: a<br />
multi-lite glass door with cut-glass h<strong>and</strong>le, stained oak paneling <strong>and</strong> woodwork,<br />
light fixtures, cabinetry <strong>and</strong> tile trim in the bathrooms <strong>and</strong> kitchen.<br />
Throughout the house, shag carpets cover the floors. The basement contains a<br />
modernrecreation room with fireplace, a bedroom <strong>and</strong> utility room. The upper<br />
floor has a single bedroomunder the ro<strong>of</strong> eaves.<br />
A wood deck was bui 1t onto the south facade, <strong>and</strong> a poured concrete<br />
retaining wall surrounds the front <strong>of</strong> the property.<br />
