I, Brett D. Gunter, of Jakarta Indonesia hereby certify that:-
1. I am a geologist residing at Jl H. Mandor No 32, Cilandak Permai, Cilandak Barat,
Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia and am the Principal Consultant of PT GMT Indonesia of Jl.
TB Simatupang Kav 1S, Lt 2, Cilandak Timur, Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia.
2. I am a graduate of the University of Technology, Sydney, Australia, with a Bachelor of
Applied Science in Geology in 1988 and have practiced my profession continuously
since 1988, I am a member of the AusIMM,
3. I have been involved in mineral property appraisals, exploration programmes, resource
evaluations and feasibility studies on mineral properties including, gold, silver, copper,
lead, laterite nickel, iron ore, aluminium, mineral sands and coal. I have worked
predominantly in Indonesia but also Australia,
4. I am presently an independent self-employed consulting geologist and have been
regularly conducting consulting since January 2005,
5. As a result of my experience in the minerals industry related to the assessment of
various deposits and my qualifications, I am a Qualified Person as defined in National
Instrument 43-101.
6. I am the author of the report titled “GEOLOGY AND MINERALISATION OF THE
MEWET VEIN, JELAI GOLD PROJECT” dated April 13, 2009, and my compensation for
this report is strictly on a commercial basis.
7. I have visited the Jelai Gold Project on numerous occasions since 1997 with the most
recent visit being on the 11 th August 2008.
8. I have no personal direct interest in the Jelai Gold Project property itself but I openly
declare that I own 130,000 unexercised options in Kalimantan Gold Corporation. In
accordance with this, I am not an Independent Qualified Person.
9. I have read National Instrument 43-101, Form 43-101F1 and this report has been
prepared in compliance with NI 43-101 and Form 43-101F1.
10. I am not aware of any material fact or material change with respect to the subject matter
of the report that is not reflected in the report and where such omission to disclose would
makes the report misleading.
11. I hereby grant Kalimantan Gold Corporation permission to use this report in support of
documents submitted to Canadian Securities Authorities or for other corporate purposes
in accordance with applicable government regulations.
12. Written excerpts may be quoted from this report provided no statements are taken out
of context and are approved by the author in writing, as required by securities
regulations.
