change to C. Rifampicin and T. Fusidic acid.<br />
• Hallucination - Delirium secondary to multiple medical problem.<br />
• Low BP, New spike T and rise in TWBC & HR – treat as CRI – Start IV<br />
Ceftazidime<br />

• Conscious, restlessness, talking incoherently<br />
• Diagnosis: HAP with sepsis, Hypotension, delirium 2 o sepsis<br />
• Off IV Ceftazidime, start IV Meropenem, transfer to acute cubicle<br />
• To correct anemia – Transfer antibody-free blood.
