someone asks for your help and even though
you’re swamped and stressed you still say,
“Sure, I can do that for you.” If you’ve ever
felt like you can’t take on any more tasks or
duties, and yet are unable to tell someone
“no”, then this is the class for you! Explore
why saying “no” to someone can be so difficult
and learn the tools and techniques you
can use to overcome always saying “yes.”
You will enjoy your family, your friends, and
your life even more when you can say “no”
without guilt or regret. This workshop will
give you the tools you need…just say “yes”
to this class!

Explore the Raw Food Trend with
Tasty Cuisine
Does the prospect of entering the world of
raw food cuisine seem inviting yet intimidating?
Eating raw is not a new practice;
however, eating raw foods that are enticing,
exciting and easy to make is a novel concept.
Join us to learn step-by-step all the tools you
will need to embark on your own rewarding
raw food adventure where heat is out and
taste is in. Getting the recommended nine
servings of fruits and vegetables a day has
never been so delicious and easy! Workshop
fee includes all food items, recipes and tasting
samples.

Meet Your Spirit Guide
Have you ever watched Sylvia Browne, the
psychic, on TV or read one of her books?
She says that we all have spirit guides; highly
evolved spirits who will serve us, but will
never assist without being asked. Are you
ready to ask your guides for help? In this
unique workshop you will discover how you
can connect to your individual spirit guides.
You’ll discuss the idea of spirit guides and
learn what you might expect in your first
meeting. Then, after entering a relaxed state
you’ll experience a guided meditation that
will introduce you to your spirit guide. Your
guides will never lead you astray or cause
you to do anything negative or destructive,
there is no danger in this introduction. Please
bring a pillow and blanket for your comfort
during the guided meditation.

If you've always enjoyed the tarot or taken
any of our tarot reading classes you won't
want to miss this fun, new class. This
wonderful divination experience allows you
to put your own energy into a wonderful
set of Tarot cards! You will create 78 cards
on a glossy coated professional blank deck.
You'll experience a meditation designed to
connect you with your guides and your own
intuitive nature. After that we'll go through
the meaning of each Tarot card to inspire
you. No previous art classes are necessary,
just come and tap into your own inspired
creativity as you design your very own Tarot
deck that you will use and treasure forever!
