fondue! In this new class we'll be having<br />
some "fondue fun" as we explore everything<br />
from a traditional rich cheese fondue to<br />
simmered seafoods and meats to sumptuous<br />
chocolate fondue. Join us and you'll soon see<br />
why fondue is the perfect comfort food to<br />
share with friends and family. Workshop fee<br />

class you'll discover easy and amazing recipes<br />
for meals that include six ingredients or less.<br />
Whether you have a family on the go, or you<br />
just like to keep things simple in the kitchen,<br />
this class will share recipe ideas for everything<br />
from using your slow cooker to light<br />
and healthy dinners. Workshop fee includes<br />

Bake Me, I'm Yours: Floral<br />
Designs for Cupcakes<br />
Everyone loves a cupcake, but not many<br />
people have the time or know-how to create<br />
gourmet masterpieces. Nothing brightens<br />
up a party or makes a celebration out of an<br />
everyday gathering like beautifully decorated<br />
cupcakes, and in this new class you'll learn<br />
how to prepare a decorating bag, achieve<br />
correct bag position, color your icing and<br />
use the star tip and dimensional decorating<br />
to enhance your little cakes. You'll practice at<br />
least three new floral designs to create your<br />
own elegant confections that will impress<br />
friends and family alike. Whether for a birthday<br />
party, holiday event, or just because, with<br />
advice from our expert cake designer you<br />
will soon be wowing your friends and family<br />
with beautiful cupcake delights! Workshop<br />

Uncover the Mystery of Perfect<br />
Sauces<br />
Sauces are to food what icing is to cake—<br />
some dishes just don’t taste right without<br />
a delicious sauce to enhance the flavor of<br />
the food! In this class you’ll learn about the<br />
various sauce families, from main course<br />
enhancements to salad dressings and dessert<br />
sauces. Come experience a classic Béarnaise<br />
sauce, fruity Raspberry Vinaigrette, a delicious<br />
tomato basil sauce for pasta, and a<br />
Grand Marnier/Chambord dessert sauce.<br />
Your instructor is a certified Chef de Cuisine<br />
and one of our favorites. Workshop fee<br />
includes all food items, recipes and tasting<br />
