Now that cooler weather is here, it is time to<br />
make those rich, hearty soups that can warm<br />
up your soul. In this demonstration class<br />
you’ll get countless ideas for soup making.<br />
From chili options to savory soups, this class<br />
gives you recipes, tips and the confidence to<br />
make sensational soups in your own kitchen.<br />
Workshop fee includes all food items, recipes<br />
and tasting samples. Bring your appetite—<br />
we’ll eat our creations!<br />

He Said Beer, She Said Wine –<br />
Selections<br />
It’s time to learn what your partner finds so<br />
fascinating about their beverage of choice! In<br />
this fun class you’ll learn how to successfully<br />
pair both beer and wine with a variety of<br />
foods. Learn little known secrets, along with<br />
specific beer and wine recommendations,<br />
and you’ll soon be able to identify your own<br />
preferences. Whether a wine enthusiast or a<br />
beer aficionado, you’ll both find something<br />
to like in this new tasting experience!<br />
The class will be held at the Waterfront<br />
Restaurant, 315 West Columbia Avenue in<br />
Battle Creek. The fee includes all food and<br />
beverage items. You must be over 21 to<br />
register for this class; limit 20 students.<br />

this one! Here’s the plan: Sean’s going to the<br />
market the day of class and selecting whatever<br />
looks fresh and tasty; then he’s coming<br />
to class to prepare dishes for you—mystery<br />
dishes that’s true, but we guarantee they will<br />
