One of the hallmarks of all successful organisations is the ability to plan ahead <strong>and</strong> develop a longer-term vision.<br />
This <strong>Delivery</strong> <strong>Program</strong> <strong>and</strong> Draft <strong>Operational</strong> <strong>Plan</strong> <strong>2012</strong> - <strong>2013</strong> is a key part of Council’s commitment to creating<br />
such a vision <strong>and</strong> providing transparent <strong>and</strong> accountable local governance.<br />
The format of this document follows the requirements of the NSW government’s integrated planning <strong>and</strong> reporting<br />
reforms <strong>and</strong> responds to the long term direction of Council as contained in its Community Strategic <strong>Plan</strong>. The plan<br />
also aims to provide a transparent insight into Council’s operations <strong>and</strong> decision making processes.
