Outlet Dampers
Outlet dampers are available in two types:
Parallel Blade — Has the lowest first cost and is best suited
to applications re-quiring accurate air volume control from
wide open to 75% of wide open.
Vibration Isolators
Rubber-in-shear or spring type vibration isolators are available
for all sizes and arrangements. If rails or rail assemblies are
required, consult factory for specifi-cations and pricing.
Opposed Blade — Best suited for control over a broad
range of air volume. Air reduction is in direct proportion to
control arm movement.
Standard Duty — Maximum operating temperature of
300°F. Maximum S.P. is 15".
Heavy Duty — Recommended for severe-duty appli-cations
or where continual modulation is required. Maximum
operating temperature is 500°F. Maximum S.P. is 22".
Special construction required for applications over 22" S.P.
and 500°F.
Clean-out Doors
Clean-out doors are available in two types:
1. Quick opening, latch type and neoprene foam gasketed.
2. Bolted type, gasketed.
Doors are located at approximately 3 o’clock or 9 o’clock
positions on housing scroll opposite fan discharge. If specific
location is required, provide detailed information.
