The responsibility of the national authorities covers the implementation, the correct administration and the efficiency of every program: the collection of the statistic and financial information, the preparation and the 107

The monitoring committees are led by a representative of the national implementation authority and ensure the quality and the efficiency of the structural measures implementation. .
