Development
In GBM, we pride ourselves on offering unique world-class development
programmes. Each of our two-year graduate programmes has its own development
structure. No matter which programme you choose, you’ll gain all the technical and
practical experience you need to be successful in your role.
All graduates attend an initial global induction in London. This is designed to equip
you with a core set of skills. As well as business simulations, case studies and
group assignments, there will be intensive classroom learning. These sessions will
teach you about the financial and capital markets and our distinct proposition within
them.
You can also expect to be assigned a buddy right from the outset. This network
– comprising a recent graduate who will help toassist you with the transition from
university.
Although each programme is different, this will give you a rough idea of the key
milestones in our graduate development scheme.
