The primary purpose of this form is to provide information that will aid Show Management to approve, foster and when necessary,<br />
answer public inquiries regarding responsibly represented and conducted commercial promotions involving prizes.<br />
All drawings must be approved by Show Management and Show Management reserves the right to reject and cancel the contract<br />
of any <strong>Exhibitor</strong> that is deemed by Show Management to be guilty of any act that is against the best interest of the <strong>Kentucky</strong> <strong>State</strong><br />
<strong>Fair</strong>. "Vacation Giveaways are strictly prohibited".<br />
