returning on Saturday 15 May for what is sure to be one<br />

PRIDE MAGIC<br />

<strong>The</strong>re are a couple of special fundraising events for<br />

Pride London coming up this month, kicking off with<br />

a one-off spectacular of “world-class magic and music”<br />

at the Café De Paris on Thursday 6 May. Promising to<br />

be a night with a difference, you can expect illusions<br />

and sleight of hand from Magic Shaun, Paul Warren, the<br />

award-winning card magician Steve Dela, Lee Warren,<br />

Neil Henry and ‘the Magic of Dave and Joe’. Spinning the<br />

sounds will be the Sharp Boys and Alex Logan.<br />

This will be followed by the DJ and dance fundraiser the<br />

Royal Vauxhall Tavern in Vauxhall on Wednesday 12 May,<br />

featuring DJ DMS, performer Melissa Totten, and live<br />

dance performances.<br />

This year’s Pride festival is scheduled to take place from<br />

18 June till 4 July 2010, with the Pride Parade taking<br />

place Saturday 3 July. This year’s theme will be “Paint<br />

the town Ruby Red: Celebrating 40 Years of the Gay<br />

Liberation Front”.<br />
