2 And I, Daniel T. Satterberg, Interim Prosecuting Attorney aforesaid further do accuse<br />
JAYSON LEE WOODS of the crime of Providing False Information on a Voter Registration, a<br />
3 crime of the same or similar character and based on a series of acts connected together with another<br />
crime charged herein, which crimes were part of a common scheme or plan, and which crimes were<br />
4 so closely connected in respect to time, place and occasion that it would be difficult to separate proof<br />
of one charge from proof of the other, committed as follows:<br />

That the defendant JAYSON LEE WOODS, together with others, in King County,<br />
6 <strong>Washington</strong>, during a period oftime intervening between September 1,2006 through October 8,<br />
2006, did knowingly provide false information on applications for voter registrations under RCW<br />
7 29A, to-wit: applications under one or more of the following names:<br />
8 Breanne Martine, Angie Martinez, Jordan Martinez, Kathleen Martini, David Matthews,<br />
Andrew Mays, Blue Mcrae, Hunter Micheals, Frank Mickels, Joyce Miller, Jack Monrowe, Jean<br />
9 Morgan, Shelten Morris, Phillup Munic, Cliff Nelson, Jack Newin, Bill Olson, Jonathan Parker,<br />
Judie Peters, Jamie Phillips, Karl Porter, Marrco Pulson, Leo Randalf, Linda Randich, Kenneth<br />
10 Riley, Jack Ringo, Tyler Robertson, Hal Rogers, Luke Ruiston, Joann Smith, Tina Smith, Damone<br />
Stevens, Sunny Stone, Ben Thompson, Carl Turner, Joseph Turner, Bobby Valentine, David Varitek,<br />

Contrary to RCW 29A.84.130(1), and against the peace and dignity of the State of<br />
