5 And I, Daniel T. Satterberg, Interim Prosecuting Attorney aforesaid further: do accuse<br />

CL~FTON EUGENE MITCHELL ofthe crime of Providing False Information on a Voter<br />

6 Registration, a crime of the same or similar character and based on a series Qf acts connected<br />

together with another crime charged herein, which crimes were part of a common scheme or plan,<br />

7 and which crimes were so closely connected in respect to time, place and occasion that it would be<br />

difficult to separate proof of one charge from proof of the other, committed as follows:<br />

That the defendant CLIFTON EUGENE MITCHELL, together with others, in King County,<br />

9 <strong>Washington</strong>, during a period of time intervening between September 1,2006 through October 8,<br />

2006, did knowingly provide false information on applications for voter registrations under RCW<br />

10 29A, to-wit: applications under one or more of the following names:<br />

11 Tony Gutmen, John Henrikson, Kendall Johnson, Christopher Lawler, Frekkie Magoal,<br />

Kelvin Mitchum, Robert Narron, Ronald Plumm, Mike Smith, Brenda White, Dewayne White, Lee<br />

12 Williams, Luke Williams, Nancy Wright;<br />

l3 Contrary to RCW 29A.84.130(I), and against the peace and dignity of the State of<br />

<strong>Washington</strong>.<br />

And I, Daniel T. Satterberg, Interim Prosecuting Attorney aforesaid further do accuse TINA<br />

16 MARIE JOHNSON of the crime of Providing False Information on a Voter Registration, a crime<br />

of the same or similar character and based on a series of acts connected together with another crime<br />

17 charged herein, which crimes were part of a common scheme or plan, and which crimes were so<br />

closely connected in respect to time, place and occasion that it would be difficult to separate proof of<br />

18 one charge from proof of the other, committed as follows:<br />
