And I, Daniel T. Satterberg, Interim Prosecuting Attorney aforesaid further do accuse TINA
MARIE JOHNSON of the crime of Providing False Information on a Voter Registration, a crime
8 of the same or similar character and based on a series of acts connected together with another crime
charged herein, which crimes were part of a common scheme or plan, and which crimes were so
9 closely connected in respect to time, place and occasion that it would be difficult to separate proof of
one charge from proof of the other, committed as follows:

That the defendant TINA MARIE JOHNSON, together with others, in King County,
11 Washington, during a period oftime intervening between September 1,2006 through October 8,
2006, did knowingly provide false information on applications fOf voter registrations under RCW
12 29A, to-wit: applications under one or more of the following names:
13 Avery Davis, Eddie Davis, Daniel Davis, Karen Davis, Tom Davis, Nathan Deal, Arthur
Earnest, Craig Edwards, Jeniffer Edwards, Georg Ericson, David Farley, Alan Farrel, Wesley
