the Mayor
On behalf of all members of Council and
Town staff, I am pleased to present you
with our third Strategic Plan Annual Report.
Over the past three years we have made
substantial progress towards achieving our
future vision:
This 2012 report highlights our many
accomplishments of the last 12 months and
for the first time measures our progress as
our new directions, policies and completed
plans begin to take effect. In particular, we
are pleased to share with you the results of
our 2012 Community Survey, which invited
residents to share their feelings about our
Town and the services we provide.
We are moving towards the community we
all envision for the future. I invite you to be
part of our journey.
