How To Use
All bedrooms have hydronic water panel heaters which are individually
controlled. Sitting rooms and the computer room have reverse-cycle
heating and cooling units which are individually controlled. The dining room
has ducted heating around the large area. Controls are located on the east
wall at the south end of the dining room.
All bedrooms have portable individually controlled electric heaters. Front
lounge/entrance area has a gas furnace. It is recommended when in
residence in winter to use the gas furnace as much as possible. This
residence does not have air-conditioning.
Please note: There is a gas heater in Room 4 and a solid fuel heater in
the lounge room - PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE.
The lounge has gas heating, and there is a small heater in each bedroom.
Each room also has evaporative cooling.
Bedrooms, lounge and kitchen have central heating and refridgerated air
conditioning.
Combination of floor and panel heating. Floor heating is timed and panel
heating will need to be used when floor heating not on. Evaporative cooling
throughout.
Split system heater/cooler
Evaporative cooling is available throughout the residence and the main
switch can be found on the ground floor - windows should be slightly open
for best results.
each bedroom and bathrooms.
