and serve as a resource center for mental health/substance abuse treatment and<br />

Staff, Management, and Relevant Experience (30 points)<br />
• Discuss the capability and experience of the applicant organization and other<br />
participating organizations with similar projects, populations and sub populations,<br />
including experience providing culturally and linguistically appropriate, state-ofthe-art,<br />
research-based training and technology transfer activities.<br />
• Provide a complete list of staff positions for the project, including the Project<br />
Director and other key personnel, showing the role of each and their level of<br />
effort and qualifications.<br />
• Describe the resources available for the proposed project (e.g., facilities,<br />
equipment).<br />
• Discuss how key staff has demonstrated experience and are qualified to serve<br />
the technical assistance recipients and are familiar with their culture(s) and<br />
language(s).<br />
• Describe how program continuity will be maintained to ensure stability if there is<br />
a change in the operational environment (e.g., staff turnover, change in project<br />
leadership).<br />
• Describe your collaborative relationships with any relevant organizations (state<br />
and local governments; provider associations; academic institutions;<br />
professional, recovery community, and faith-based organizations; youth and<br />
family organizations; related systems of care; and others, or how you plan to<br />
develop these relationships in order to formulate knowledge needs assessments<br />
and design technology transfer initiatives to respond to the needs of the grantees<br />
and other organizations to be served in an equitable manner. Letters of<br />
Coordination/Support should be included in Attachment 1.<br />
