Ballast stones, were used in cargo holds of ships to assist maintaining ship ballast....<br />

Edward married Christian Council. Christian was born in 1664 in Isle Of Wight County,<br />

Virginia and died in 1743 in Craven County, North Carolina at age 79.<br />

Jesse, daughter Anne.<br />

5. Council <strong>Bryan</strong> b: 1694 - DSP before 1726.<br />

6. Mary <strong>Bryan</strong> b: 1697 - m: Edward Hare.<br />

7. James <strong>Bryan</strong> b: 1700 - m: Native American and died Indian Nation (Tennessee)<br />

before 1750.<br />

8. John <strong>Bryan</strong> b: 1706 - m: Rebecca Orton<br />
