Subject to the approval of the Board of Directors, quarterly<br />

cash dividends are paid on or about the 15th day of January,<br />

April, July <strong>and</strong> October.<br />

Dividend Reinvestment<br />

purchase <strong>and</strong> dividend reinvestment plan offers shareholders<br />

an opportunity to reinvest their dividends in additional shares<br />

of the Corporation’s common stock. Once enrolled in the plan,<br />
