Task Force on Preferred Underwriting 2002 - 2003 Because of the success of the survey work previously effected by this Task Force, that work is to be continued by a separate standing committee of the Society. This Task Force is now charged with completing the development of an experience study with respect to the underwriting of individual life insurance, with a particular emphasis on the enhanced underwriting that has resulted from preferred products. Specifically, the Task Force is to complete the data specifications for the study, develop the infrastructure necessary for the study, introduce the study to companies in the life insurance industry and secure sufficient participation in the study that it may proceed.
