THIS WEEK’S COVER
The Magpies and Roos will battle
for Tasmanian Football’s Holy
Grail at Bellerive Oval today.
from the editor
Welcome to the Wrest Point State
League Grand Final Souvenir RECORD.
This is of course the final edition for
season 2010.
Well after a successful second season
the premiership race culminates with
the game we have all been waiting for
and what better game than a south
versus north-west stoush to decide
who will earn the title of Tasmania’s
premiership football team for 2010.
Will it be Clarence who continue on
their winning ways and take effectively
their 3rd consecutive State League
title after winning last year and also in
2000. Or will the north-west Magpies
cause arguably the biggest upset in the
history of state premiership football in
Tasmania.
In this edition we have produced a
special feature of all the players lining
up for the Magpies and the Roos in the
2010 decider. There are plenty of other
great articles to keep all football fans
reading when there is a moment’s break
on the field.
Best wishes to all teams who
are representing their Clubs and
communities and have a grand Grand
Final day at the footy.
