Welcome to a wealth of opportunity in adult learning.
We are pleased to be offering another packed brochure
of adult learning courses and activities, providing a wide
range of choice, throughout the Borough, within friendly
and supportive adult environments.
In partnership with Hillingdon Libraries we are pleased
to announce that in addition to our current courses, in
line with customer demand, we are extending our range
of ‘Apple’ computer course and many libraries have
iMac computers available for you to practice your newly
developed skills.
In Hillingdon we are committed to offering affordable
adult learning, encouraging a culture of success which
enables everyone to achieve their personal goals. In order
to achieve this, we have continued to invest resources to
maintain fee levels below the national average and endorse
a range of concessions.
Our aim, in partnership with the Skills Funding Agency,
is to give you an opportunity to undertake a high quality
course of study, be it for your own personal learning
interest, to gain new skills or qualifications, or to enhance
your employment opportunities.

Please note due to the full rollout of Hillingdon Adult Education’s
accommodation strategy to upgrade all adult learning centres, the
location of courses described in this brochure may need to change.
If the location of your course needs to be changed you will be
advised on enrolment.
Where locations are changed the Service will, wherever possible,
ensure that the nearest available centre to the one advertised will
be used.
