Brothers and Nobles all: It gives me a great deal of pleasure to supply this information to you regarding a very special event taking place in Port Elgin this May. The Bruce Shrine Club is the proud sponsor of the MOCHA Spring Ceremonial being held in the beautiful community of Saugeen Shores on May 27- 29, 2011. Friday night is completely open to the public and will include a tremendous fish fry supper along with a great line up of entertainment and followed by a dance all to be held at the Southampton Coliseum. This event is open to everyone. (Bus transportation between Port Elgin and Southampton provided). Saturday will be the regular line up of events starting with opening ceremonies at 9am being held at the Plex in Port Elgin. The biggest part of this announcement is the challenge being put forward to all Masons and Nobles. If you are a Master Mason who would like to take the next step into the secrets of the Mystic Shrine or if you are already a Noble of the Mystic Shrine and know of a Brother Mason who has ever toyed with the idea of becoming a Shriner then this spring will be the greatest time for you to help them take this step. The Bruce Shrine Club has committed to add $1,000.00 to their donation to MOCHA and the Canadian Shrine Hospital in Montreal for each candidate that is initiated into MOCHA at the 2011 spring ceremonial. The challenge to you is to bring out enough candidates to have the biggest class of candidates ever. 100 new Shriners. That’s the challenge. Come join the fun and be part of the great 2011 Big Bruce Challenge. That’s $1000 dollars for each and every candidate that comes forward this spring. Become a Shriner and change a Childs life. Enclosed are a number of applications to take advantage of this opportunity. Are you up to the challenge!!!
