ITF, the technology facilitator for the global oil and gas industry,
is a not-for-profit organisation owned by leading international
operators and service companies. Headquartered in the UK,
and with regional offices in the Middle East, Far East, Australia
and North America, ITF is tasked with identifying the global and
regional technology challenges of its Members and offers a cost
effective way of solving cross industry issues in a collaborative
environment.
Since its formation in 1999, ITF has successfully launched more than
190 Joint Industry Projects (JIPs) from early stage projects through
to field trials and commercialisation. ITF is the only global funding
programme operating across continents and aims to secure a further
£50 million for technologies by 2015.
We are an independent engineering and support company, providing
a range of subsea engineering and operational support products
and services primarily related to subsea control systems. We design
and manufacture subsea and topsides electrical and hydraulic
controls equipment.
We operate project management and support contracts comprising
subsea and control systems engineering, workshops, materials
management, storage and maintenance. We operate a 24/7 service for
all products and systems we design, manufacture, and support.
We provide offshore services including electrical and hydraulic fault
diagnostics, repair and replacement of sensors, electrical and hydraulic
umbilical connections and terminations. We can manage your own
dedicated offshore equipment (reeler, umbilical, jumpers) or supply ours.
We deliver the equipment to the quayside fully prepared and tested,
and we provide trained offshore personnel to conduct the hydraulic,
electrical, or fibre optic fault diagnostics.
We provide a full management service for your operational spares,
ensuring the correct parts are available and in full working order at any
time. We store your spares at our premises here in Aberdeen. We offer:
optimisation of spares holding, obsolescence management, condition
monitoring, equipment shelf life monitoring, replacement, and reverse
engineering.
We have a growing oil-company client list. They understand that we
provide a viable, timely, and cost-effective alternative to the traditional
supply chain for this market.
