OIS has successfully abandoned 100 suspended wells using the multiaward
winning Suspended Well Abandonment Tool (SWAT) system and
recently completed an FSOU mooring and relocation project in China
with sister company Intermoor.
Oldham Engineering is a manufacturing service provider for the oil
& gas and subsea sectors.
Operating from premises totalling over 150,000sqft, the company
specialise in Turnkey Project Management of complex engineered
items and has comprehensive in-house CNC machining, fabrication,
assembly, blasting and painting.
Oldham also supplies the defence and nuclear industries and as such
their procedures, management systems and employee skills support
the on-time delivery of high quality, high-integrity products.
In the subsea sector, Oldham Engineering has manufactured all types
of components from Valves, Tether Clamps and Bend Stiffeners to
Travelling Clamps, Mooring Connectors, XT Plates and ROV torque
assembly tools.
The company is Norsok, ASME and ISO BSEN fabrication approved
and has hundreds of customer specific welding procedures in a variety
of materials types and thicknesses including Super Duplex G48 -50
deg C.
Oldham’s machining cell has a range of CNC Vertical and Horizontal
Borers, Lathes, Radial Arm Drills and Milling centres which are
supported by 3 and 4axis CNC Floor Borers capable of machining
components up to 10m long and over 3m high in a single operation.
The company is therefore capable of supplying large fabrications such
as offshore skids, baseplates or ROV frames which require precision
machined features.
Oldham also provides complex assembly and testing services; ideal
for product supply requiring a combination of mechanical, hydraulic,
pneumatic and electric components.
