Evidence requirements for Unit L6 Develop training sessions Product evidence The training plans MUST include the following evidence of: How you identified • the resources needed to deliver the session. • the availability of the learning materials. • an appropriate method of evaluating the effectiveness of the session against the aims and objectives. In preparing the record you should consider the following: • how to analyse and use developments in learning and new ways of delivery, including technology based delivery and e-learning support. Assessment: Your assessor will look at your training plans and record of questions which explored the different ways you could deliver the session. You should be prepared to answer your assessor’s questions. A record of these questions and your responses should be kept. 62 Certificate in Skills Training in the Workplace (7318)
Knowledge requirements You need the following knowledge to perform this Unit of Competence. You will show this through the outcome of your work activities and through evaluations of your systems and processes. You need to demonstrate how you have met the knowledge requirements for this unit.
