Evidence requirements for
Unit L11 Enable learning through demonstrations and instruction
Product evidence
The observation and record MUST include the following evidence of:
• matched instruction to the needs of the learners.
• ensured that the manner, level and speed of the instruction encourage learners to
take part.
• regularly check that learners understand and adapt instruction as appropriate.
• gave learners positive feedback on the learning experience and the outcomes
achieved.
• identified anything that prevented learning and reviewed this with the learners.
In preparing the record you should
consider the following:
• how to make sure everybody acts in
line with health, safety and
environmental protection legislation
and best practice.
• how to analyse and use developments
in learning and new ways of delivery,
including technology-based learning.
Assessment: Your assessor will look at your record and two observation records. You should be prepared to answer your assessor’s questions. A record of these questions
and your responses should be kept.
