The Yr 11 and 12 girls have been looking at language development in children aged 0 - 6 years. As part of
their studies the girls designed a language activity to do with the pre primary children.
Yr 11 and 12 Early Childhood Studies students and their teacher Miss Gemma, have visited Miss Lisa's Pre
Primary classroom and worked with the students using their language activities to improve language skills.
The Pre Primary class visited the Secondary Campus Home Economics centre to work with the Early
Childhood Studies students making gingerbread men. The pre primary students, following the instructions
given by the older students, helped with mixing the ingredients, cutting out and decorating the gingerbread
men.
