Table 6.5 provides estimates of the annual savings on energy expenditure<br />
due to the proposed amendments. Estimates are expressed in ‘per<br />
building’ terms. For example, the estimated value of energy savings for a<br />
typical Form 1 retail building in Sydney is about $26 500. In comparison, a<br />
typical Form 1 office building in Sydney saves about $16 000 per annum.<br />
