Bituminous Latex Emulsion from an approved company for all
elements under slab on grade (foundations, tie beams, columns
and wall necks and the like).

thick), including surface leveling, finishing, polyethylene sheets
500 micron, construction joints, 8 mm @ 20 cm c/c mesh and all
related works. The price includes well compacted layer of
levelling basecourse (15 cm thick).
Supply and Cast Reinforced Concrete Grade 'B 300' for:
a) Reinforced Concrete Walls. MC 60
b) Concrete Columns. MC 80
c) Concrete Stairs including (stairs, flights, and landings). MC 7
Supply and Cast Reinforced Concrete Grade 'B 300' for
suspended slabs. Price to include for projected beams, drop
beams, other beams and projections. Price also includes
supplying, laying and arranging cement blocks 40x20x30 cm for
ribbed slabs.
a) 26cm. thick concrete ribbed slabs. MS 490
b) 15 cm thick suspended solid slab for staircase slab. MS 15
2.06 Deformed high yield steel bar reinforcement of various
diameters, characteristic strength FY=420N/mm2 for
concrete reinforcement, as shown on drawings and
according to specifications.
