Accessible to both supervisors and their personnel, the<br />

online process follows a schedule that identifies when<br />

the various steps should be completed.<br />

Our transparent system helps managers conduct<br />

ongoing reviews and identify areas in need of<br />

development, as well as gives precise assessments of<br />

achievements.<br />

The online tool comes in two slightly different forms:<br />

the Performance and Results Assessment (PRA) for<br />

fixed-term staff and the simpler Performance Evaluation<br />

Report (PER) for those on an Individual Contractor<br />

Agreement.<br />

Using these systems, <strong>our</strong> partners can document<br />

milestones and record information on their performance<br />

evaluation progress, or task <strong>UNOPS</strong> with conducting the<br />

monitoring and evaluation activities.<br />
