Recognition awards can be given in a range of areas as<br />

below). Merit awards are presented on the basis of net<br />

revenue targets, enc<strong>our</strong>aging the efficient use of <strong>our</strong><br />

partners’ <strong>res<strong>our</strong>ces</strong>.<br />

In addition to recognizing excellence, the policy also<br />

addresses under-performance by providing objective,<br />

fair and consistent sanctions to personnel not reaching<br />

their full potential.<br />

Sanctions can be used to connect promotion with<br />

improvements in performance and behavi<strong>our</strong>, leading to<br />

increased productivity and team morale.<br />
