From recruitment and screening, contract and benefit administration, to performance<br />
management and training, <strong>UNOPS</strong> provides tailor-made <strong>human</strong> <strong>res<strong>our</strong>ces</strong> <strong>services</strong> and<br />
advice.<br />
For 30 years, we have successfully provided such <strong>services</strong> both in-house, to <strong>our</strong> own team<br />
of more than 6,000 employees and externally, to key players in the development industry.<br />
Working in more than 80 countries, often in post-conflict or disaster zones, <strong>UNOPS</strong> can rely<br />
on a global team of HR experts with the know-how to adapt these <strong>services</strong> to <strong>our</strong> partners’<br />
specific needs.<br />
Who we are<br />
<strong>UNOPS</strong> supports a range of partners in the<br />
implementation of around $1 billion worth of<br />
peacebuilding, <strong>human</strong>itarian and development<br />
projects every year. We are a central res<strong>our</strong>ce for<br />
the United Nations system and its partners, providing<br />
project support <strong>services</strong> that range from managing<br />
the construction of roads in Afghanistan to delivering<br />
recruitment <strong>services</strong> for mine action operations in postconflict<br />
areas.<br />
Following a logical path from recruitment to on-the-job<br />
training, this brochure illustrates how <strong>UNOPS</strong> can assist<br />
its partners in recruiting and retaining talented people.<br />
