per 1 ton) –143 ingredients. 29 <strong>The</strong> stricter the MPC, the higher the pollution charge rate.<br />

Regional priorities may be set by operators <strong>of</strong> municipal sewage <strong>system</strong> operators. Discharge<br />

to municipal sewage <strong>system</strong> is not subject to wastewater discharge permits, but<br />

is regulated by contract between operator <strong>of</strong> the sewage <strong>system</strong> and client (similar to EU<br />

countries). To ensure safety and compliance with wastewater discharge permit issued for<br />

the operator, the contract refers to general conditions 30 . <strong>The</strong>se can contain a list <strong>of</strong> priority<br />

contaminants (up to 50 substances and product/group <strong>of</strong> substances), but they may<br />

differ by regions <strong>de</strong>pending on the environmental and/or climatic conditions). [1]<br />
