The operation was done in an orderly manner in the presence of the respondent Domingo O.<br />

Panopio and his wife Gloria C. Panopio and witnessed by Barangay Kagawad Maximino D. De Chavez<br />

of same barangay.<br />

On April 23, 2013, a criminal complaint for Violation of PD 1866 as amended by RA 8294 was<br />

filed against the above-mentioned respondent before the Provincial Prosecutors Office, Batangas<br />

City docketed under NPS Number IV-02-INQ-13D-00291.<br />

16. Implementation of SW No. 13-419 against Danilo VENTURA and confiscation of 1HPFA<br />

On April 26, 2013 at about 8:00AM, personnel of Laguna<br />

CIDT led by PCINSP ARMIE S AGBUYA conducted raid/search<br />

and seizure operation in the house/premises of DANILO<br />

VENTURA @ Batman by virtue of Search Warrant No. 13-419<br />

for Violation of P.D. 1866, as amended by R.A. 8294 (Illegal<br />

Possession of Firearms and Ammunitions) dated April 23, 2013<br />

issued by Honorable Presiding Judge Cynthia R. Mariño-<br />

Ricablanca, RTC Branch 27, Sta. Cruz, Laguna which resulted to<br />

the confiscation of One (1) caliber .45 pistol ARMSCOR bearing<br />

serial number 1371659, Three (3) pieces of magazine for caliber<br />

.45, Seventeen (17) rounds of live ammunition for caliber .45,<br />

and One (1) brown outside holster<br />

Subject person was not around during the conduct of search, however, the same was done in an<br />

orderly and peaceful manner in the presence of his live-in partner, Lucinda P Alon-alon and<br />

witnessed by Barangay Tanods Leonardo G Pullarca and Nolan Ascaño, both of said locality.<br />

Confiscated items were brought to Laguna CIDT Office for documentation and proper disposition.<br />

On May 2, 2013, at around 10:30 AM, criminal complaint for Violation of PD 1866, as amended<br />

by RA 8294 (Illegal Possession of Firearm and Ammunitions) has been filed against DANILO VENTURA<br />

@ Batman, a resident of Southville 3A Subd., Barangay San Antonio, San Pedro, Laguna before<br />

Laguna Provincial Prosecutor’s Office, San Pedro, Laguna docketed under NPS Docket No. IV-04c-<br />

INV-13E-00248.<br />

17. Implementation of SW#13-411 against Louie De león and confiscation of 1HPFA<br />

On April 18, 2013 at about 6:00 in the morning, personnel of this regional office led by PCINSP<br />

JASON M AGUILLON under the supervisión of the undersigned, implemented Search Warrant No.<br />

13-411 for Violation of PD 1866 as amended by RA 8294 (Illegal Possession of FA and<br />

Ammunitions) issued by the Honorable CYNTHIA R MARIÑO-RICABLANCA, Presiding Judge of RTC<br />

Branch 27, 4th Judicial Region, Santa Cruz, Laguna dated April 16, 2013 at the residence of the<br />

respondent, LOUIE DE LEON located at No. 0008 Brgy. Mendiola, Siniloan, Laguna.<br />

The said search and seizure operation resulted in the recovery of the following items:<br />

a. One (1) ANAD cal. 45 pistol with SN: 2045260;<br />

b. One (1) Varrel for cal. 45<br />

c. One Hundred Thirty Six (136) rounds of live ammunition for Cal. 45 pistol; and<br />

d. Five (5) pcs magazine for Cal. 45 pistol<br />

The respondent when asked about the legal documents or license to posses the said firearms,<br />

barrel and ammunition, presented his FA Lic. Card with No. 899784I1686556, Control No. I-E0024958<br />

issued by the PNP FEO on June 19, 2012 with expiry date on June 8, 2014 under his name, and<br />

Charge Invoice with No: 68331 for one (1) pc Cal. 45 Barrel-FS Assembly issued by Squires Bingham<br />

International, Incon Nov. 17, 2011.<br />

After careful evaluation of the documents presented by the respondent, and finding the same<br />

to be legitímate and in order, the ítems described in the FA License and Charge Invoice was properly<br />

release/ turn-over to the respondent.<br />

The same was conducted in a peaceful and orderly manner, witnessed by Brgy. Officials Ruel M<br />

Valderama (Chairman) and Felipe Castro and the respondent’s wife, Mrs. Haydee De Leon.
