6. Arrest of Mark VILLANUEVA and Francisco ESPINO
On April 16, 2013 at about 9:30 AM in front of Mini Stop
Convenient Store located at J.P. Rizal St. Mendez, Cavite, personnel of
Cavite CIDT under the direct supervision of PSI ALBERTO CAMARCE
conducted operation based on the complaint lodged by GLOBE
TELECOM represented by Mr. Jon-Jon MASICLAT, Investigator of
Security Link Globe Telecom (TESCO) re Violation of RA 8484 (An Act
Regulating the Issuance And Use of Access Devices, Prohibiting
Fraudulent Acts Committed Relative thereto, Providing Penalties and
for other purposes).
The operation resulted to the arrest of Mark Villanueva y Baredo and Franciso Espino y
Alantara while in possession of four (4) Globe Wimax Broadband Modem.
On April 30, 2013, a case for Violation of Republic Act 8484 Section 9 (c), (k), (o) (AN ACT
REGULATING THE ISSUANCE AND USE OF ACCESS DEVICES, PROHIBITING FRAUDULENT ACTS
COMMITTED RELATIVE THERETO, PROVIDING PENALTIES AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES) was filed
before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor, Imus City, Cavite against the arrested individuals and
docketed under I.S. Nr.IV-03-INQ-13D-1596.
7. Arrest of Jose NARCIDA for Violation of RA 8484 (An Act Regulating the Issuance And Use of
Access Devices, Prohibiting Fraudulent Acts Committed Relative thereto, Providing Penalties and
for other purposes)
On April 16, 2013 at about 9:30 AM at City Homes Brgy. Lancaan,
Dasmariñas City, Cavite personnel of Cavite CIDT under the direct
supervision of PCI REYNALDO A MAGDALUYO conducted operation at City
Homes Brgy. Lancaan, Dasmariñas City, Cavite based on the complaint
lodged by GLOBE TELECOM represented by Mr. Jon-Jon MASICLAT,
Investigator of Security Link Globe Telecom (TESCO) re Violation of RA 8484
(An Act Regulating the Issuance And Use of Access Devices, Prohibiting
Fraudulent Acts Committed Relative thereto, Providing Penalties and for
other purposes)
The operation resulted on the arrest of Jose NARCIDA y Manzano and confiscation of two (2)
Globe Wimax Broadband Modem, One (1) piece power adaptor, and Two (2) pieces of network
cable.
A case for Violation of RA 8484 (An Act Regulating the Issuance and Use of Access Devices,
Prohibiting Fraudulent Acts Committed Relative thereto, Providing Penalties and for other
purposes)
was filed before the Office of the City Prosecutor, Dasmariñas City docketed under I.S. Nr. IV-24-INQ
13D-102.
