This report covers the accomplishments of 4ARCIDU from April 1 – June 30,2013 based on<br />
the Program Thrust of the Chief, PNP and the intensified police operations focusing on the following<br />
Key Areas, to wit: Campaign Against Illegal Gambling; Campaign Against OCGs and CGs;<br />
Campaign Against Loose Firearms, Campaign Against PAGs; and Service of Warrants.<br />
This report also covers the accomplishments from the different flagship projects as a result<br />
of the anti-criminality campaigns, which this Group has consistently and religiously implemented and<br />

1. Arrest of Nino YADAN – Member of BATANG KUBO GROUP<br />
This pertains to the capture of Nino BASILAN y Yadan @ Banie on May<br />
12, 2013 at around 3:30 PM during the follow-up operation conducted by<br />
joint tracker teams from Quezon CIDT, Candelaria MPS and Quezon HPT,<br />
under the supervision of PCINSP ALVIN R CONSOLACION of Quezon CIDT<br />
and PSUPT FRANCIS B EBREO of Candelaria MPS.<br />
The said operation stemmed from the reported abduction of one (1) Melinda Jennifer P.<br />
Glefonea, single, Media Practitioner of 103.1 FM EDGERADIO, and a resident of St. Jude Village,<br />
Phase 2 Red V, Lucena City, on May 12, 2013 at about 3:56 AM inside Lugawan Ng Masa Restaurant<br />
located along Argao St. Brgy Poblacion, Candelaria, Quezon, perpetrated by three (3) malefactors,<br />
who according to the statement of witnesses, arrived at said place on board a silver Toyota Innova<br />
with cover on the plate number and bearing 7358 conduction sticker, and at gunpoint, declared hold<br />
up and ordered everybody to prone on the floor and thereafter, abducted the said victim and<br />
boarded their vehicle being that sped towards the direction of Bgy. Pahinga Norte, Candelaria,<br />
Quezon going to Candelaria By- Pass road.<br />
That on or about 3:00 PM of same date, an information was received by the joint tracker teams<br />
of Quezon CIDT, Candelaria MPS and Quezon HPT about the presence of an Innova van fitting the<br />
description of the get-away vehicle used by the suspects. According to the report, the vehicle was<br />
seen parked behind the Unlimited Bar owned by Fernando (Boy Bata) Alimagno and located at<br />
Barangay Masin Sur, Candelaria, Quezon.<br />
The team while on their way to the said place to verify the report, chanced upon the Toyota<br />
Innova, bearing Plate Number ZBY-539 with conduction sticker AH 7358 leaving said place toward<br />
Tiaong, Quezon direction. The operating team immediately tailed the vehicle while dragnet is being<br />
set up. Occupants of said Vehicle upon sensing police authority immediately maneuvered and spedoff<br />
towards Brgy Poblacion, Candelaria Quezon, the operating teams gave chased to the fleeing<br />
vehicle that resulted in the recovery of the vehicle at Sitio Labak 2, Brgy Poblacion, Candelaria<br />
Quezon.<br />
Operating teams run after the fleeing occupants resulting to the arrest of NIÑO YADAN<br />
BASILAN, 31 years old, single, jobless, and a resident of Brgy Palingowak, San Juan Batangas at Bgy<br />
Malabanban Sur, Candelaria, Quezon. Recovered from his possession and control was one (1)<br />
caliber 45 ARMSCOR pistol with serial number 1160757 and two (2) magazines loaded with<br />
ammunitions and resulted and to the identification of his cohort as Ronel Baldon @ Tisoy, allegedly<br />
a resident of Mangilag Sur, Candelaria, Quezon.<br />
Records check revealed that NIÑO YADAN BASILAN @ Banie was involved in the robbery / hold<br />
up of Western Union Branch in Lipa City, Batangas last March 4, 2013 and was detained at Lipa City<br />
Jail on same date and was presently out-on-bail since April 4, 2013. The arrested suspect was also<br />
responsible in the ambush of Barangay Chairman Jesus Sara Jr, last October 8, 2008, a member of<br />
Batang Kubo Gun-for-Hire Group operating in Batangas Province and nearby municipalities of<br />
Sariaya, Candelaria, Tiaong in Quezon and San Pablo and Alaminos in Laguna. The group was covered<br />
by Case Operation Plan “NIPA HOT 2011-01” of Batangas PPO.<br />
Arrested suspect was brought at Quezon CIDT office in Camp Nakar, Lucena for further<br />
investigation and on May 14, 2013, respondent NIÑO YADAN BASILAN were brought to the Office<br />
of the Provincial Prosecutor of Quezon in Lucena City, for Inquest proceedings for VIOLATION OF R.A<br />
8294 IN RELATION TO THE OMNIBUS ELECTION CODE under NPS Docket Number IV-09-INQ-13E-<br />
00294.<br />
On May 31, 2013, criminal complaint for KIDNAPPING and SERIOUS ILLEGAL DETENTION against<br />
NIÑO YADAN BASILAN, RONEL BALDON @TISOY and JOHN DOES, was also filed before the Office of<br />
Provincial Prosecutor, Lucena City, under NPS Docket NO.1V-09-INQ-13E-00223.
2. Arrest of Tristan ZAFRA – member of Ozamis Robbery/Hold-up Group<br />
On May 7, 2013 at about 10:00AM, joint elements of Cavite<br />
CIDT led by PCI REYNALDO A MAGDALUYO, NCRCIDU led by PSI<br />
ROMMEL G MACATLANG and Imus CPS led by PSUPT REDRICO<br />
A MARANAN, implemented Search Warrant No. 13-431 issued<br />
by Presiding Judge Cynthia R Marino – Ricablanca of RTC, Br. 27,<br />
Sta. Cruz, Laguna for Violation of PD 1866 (Illegal Possession of<br />
Firearms and Ammunitions) dated April 30, 2013 against Tristan<br />
ZAFRA y Cebra located at No. 325 Capt J. Bella St., Kuwantro<br />
Kantos, Poblacion IV-B, Imus City, Cavite which to his arrest and<br />
the seizure/confiscation of pieces of evidence, to wit;<br />
a. One (1) pc. Armscor Cal. 45 pistol bearing SN: 10899516;<br />
b. One (1) pc. Pineapple Type live Fragmentation Grenade;<br />
c. One (1) pc. Silencer for Cal. 45;<br />
d. Eight (8) rounds live ammunition of Cal. 45;<br />
e. Three (3) rounds live ammunition of Magnum Cal. 22;<br />
f. Two (2) pcs. magazine for Cal. 45; and<br />
g. Sixty Thousand (Php60,000.00) pesos cash believed to be proceeds from illegal drugs<br />

When asked to present pertinent documents regarding the above-mentioned seized pieces of<br />
evidence, suspect failed to show any documents authorizing him to possess the same.<br />
The search was done in an orderly and peaceful manner in the presence of the suspect, Tristan<br />
ZAFRA, Brgy Chairman Orlando P Caimol and Brgy. Councilors Benjamin and Bobby Sasoy, all of Brgy.<br />
Poblacion IV-B, Imus City, Cavite.<br />
Allegedly, arrested suspect, Tristan ZAFRA is a member of infamous Ozamis Robbery/Hold-up<br />
Group and involved in several criminal atrocities in Metro Manila and nearby provinces.<br />
Further, suspect Tristan ZAFRA has a standing Warrant of Arrest docketed under CC# 17772 for<br />
Violation of Section 11 Art. II, RA 9165 issued by Hon. Dorcas P Ferrious-Perez, Presiding Judge, RTC,<br />
Br. 84, Batangas City dated March 20, 2013.<br />
On May 8, 2013, a case for Violation of PD 1866 (Illegal Possession of Firearms and<br />

3. Arrest of Orlando CARAMPOT – Alleged Financier of CARAMPOT GUN-FOR-HIRE Group<br />
On May 3, 2013 at about 7: 45 am, elements of this Regional Unit led by PCI ARIEL<br />
MACANLALAY, PCI VIRGILIO MADRONIO and PI RIZALDY H GARCIA under the direct supervision of<br />
the undersigned swooped down at the residence of ORLANDO CARAMPOT located at Green Breeze<br />
II, Brgy. Langkaan II, Dasmariñas, Cavite by virtue of Search Warrant No. 13-434 issued by Hon.<br />
Judge CYNTHIA R. MARIÑO-RICABLANCA of RTC, Branch 27, Sta Cruz, Laguna for Violation of RA<br />
8294 (Illegal Possession of Firearms and Ammunition) that resulted to his arrest and to the<br />
confiscation of pieces of evidence from his possession and control, to wit:<br />

Orlando CARAMPOT is a known financier of CARAMPOT GUN-FOR-HIRE/ROBBERY/HOLD-UP<br />
GROUP and a relative of the Gang Leader, Jervy CARAMPOT. CARAMPOT Group was the subject of<br />
Case Operational Plan CY 2012 dubbed as “Coplan Carampot” and has been under surveillance of<br />
this unit.<br />
The recovered cache of firearms from the residence of Orlando Carampot validates the<br />
information that he was the one who provides logistical support to the members of the Group in<br />
their nefarious activities. Most of the gang members including JervyCarampot have standing warrant<br />
of arrest for Murder under Criminal Case Number TMCR-263-11 issued by Hon. Judge Aurelio<br />
Icasiano, Jr, RTC, FJR, Branch 23, Trece Martirez City, Cavite.<br />
It can be recalled that sometime in April 2012, Jervy Carampot and his cousin, Rommel<br />
Carampot and other members of the group were subjected to series of raids by operatives of this<br />
Regional Unit at their suspected lairs in Barangay Santiago, General Trias, Cavite but this efforts<br />
yielded in vain. They were responsible in the Murder of Jericho Roxas, a student of Technological<br />
Institute of the <strong>Philippine</strong>s (TIP) in Cubao, Quezon City that transpired sometime on May 22, 2011 in<br />
Gen Trias, Cavite.<br />

Firearms and Ammunitions) was filed against the respondent ORLANDO CARAMPOT before City<br />

On May 7, 2013, a case for Violation of P.D. 1866 as amended by R.A. 8294 against NILO<br />
MILLONDAGA y Janaban was filed at the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor of Rizal, RPJ Compound,<br />
Brgy Dolores, Taytay, Rizal under NPS Docket No. XV-18-INQ-13F-0875.<br />
5. Arrest of Rex TAGANA and confiscation of 1LPFA<br />
On May 24, 2013 at about 5:30AM, personnel of Rizal CIDT led by<br />
PSI RODEL M CASTALONE, implemented SW No. 13-460 issued by Hon.<br />
Judge CYNTHIA M. RICABLANCA of RTC Branch 27, Sta. Cruz, Laguna<br />
for Violation of PD 1866 as amended by RA 8294 (Illegal Possession of<br />
Firearms and Ammunitions) dated May 20, 2013 against REX TAGANA<br />
y GREGORIO of Sitio Maligaya, Brgy. San Isidro, Antipolo City and to<br />
the confiscation of the following evidence, to wit;<br />
a. One (1) North American Arms .22 magnum caliber Black Widow revolver with SN: 482446;<br />
b. Six (6) live rounds of .22 magnum caliber ammunition; and<br />
c. Two (2) spent shells of .22 magnum caliber ammunition
A case for Violation of PD 1866 (Illegal Possession of Firearms and Ammunition) as Amended<br />
by RA 8294 and RA 9516 (Imposing Stiffer Penalties for Certain Violations) was filed before the<br />
Office of the City Prosecutor, Antipolo City, docketed under NPS Docket Nos. XV-01-INQ-13E-00526.<br />
6. Arrest of Niño YADAN and confiscation of 1HPFA<br />
On May 12, 2013 at about 3:56 am, one Melinda Jennifer P. Glefonea, single, Media Practitioner<br />
of 103.1 FM EDGERADIO and a resident of St. Jude Village, Phase 2, Brgy. Red V, Lucena City was<br />
abducted by three (3) unidentified suspects inside Lugawan ng Masa Restaurant located along Argao<br />
Street, Barangay Poblacion, Candelaria Quezon.<br />
Initial investigation disclosed that the incident was immediately reported to Candelaria MPS by<br />
one Edison LIWAG who recounted that the victim was then eating inside the Lugawan ng Masa<br />
Restaurant at aforesaid place, when two (2) unidentified male persons with handkerchief mask on<br />
their face, wearing bull caps and armed with short firearms entered the said establishment and<br />
thereafter, declared hold up and ordered everybody to lie prone on the floor and then forcibly<br />
abducted the victim and dragged her inside the suspects’ vehicle with an unidentified driver on the<br />
steering wheel and fled towards Candelaria by-pass road. Witnesses described the suspects’ getaway<br />
vehicle as color silver Toyota Innova with concealed plate number and with conduction sticker<br />
number 7858 attached to the windshield.<br />
Follow up investigation revealed that the said incident was caught in a CCTV Camera installed at<br />
aforesaid restaurant and is now subject of scrutiny of the investigators. Possible witnesses of the<br />
incident were also being interviewed by the teams of investigators from Quezon CIDT and Candelaria<br />
MPS.<br />
Subsequently, the joint tracker teams from Quezon CIDT and Candelaria MPS spotted the<br />
suspects’ get-away vehicle at Barangay Masin Sur, Candelaria, Quezon, described as one Toyota<br />
Innova, colored silver with plate number ZBY 539 and conduction sticker 7858. However, the driver<br />
of said vehicle, upon sensing that he was being tailed by the police operatives, sped towards Brgy<br />
Poblacion, Candelaria Quezon. The said vehicle was later found abandoned at Sitio Labak 2 also of<br />
said barangay. The fleeing suspects were chased by the teams that subsequently resulted in the<br />
arrest of one Niño YADAN BASILAN, 31 years old, single, jobless and a resident of Brgy Paling-uwak,<br />
San Juan Batangas.<br />
Yielded from the suspect’s possession was a caliber 45 pistol and two (2) magazines loaded with<br />
fourteen (14) live ammunitions.The arrested suspect was brought to Candelaria MPS and is now a<br />
subject of tactical interrogation by investigators to possibly obtain the identities of his other cohorts<br />
and to extract information leading to the whereabouts of the victim. The recovered vehicle was<br />
subjected to forensic examination by Quezon CLS.<br />
Meanwhile, pararrel investigation is being conducted in collaboration with Candelaria MPS<br />
wherein all possible angles of the abduction incident of the victim, Melinda Jennifer P. Glefonea<br />
are being explored for immediate identification of the other suspects and possible whereabouts for<br />
the safe release of the victim. On the other hand, verification is being made with the Land<br />
Transportation Office (LTO) to determine the registered owner of the Toyota Innova with conduction<br />
sticker 7858 used by the suspects.<br />
On May 14, 2013, a case for Violation of Republic Act 8294 (Illegal Possession of Firearm and<br />
Ammunitions), in rel. to Omnibus Election Code (Batas Pambansa Blg. 881) was filed before the<br />
Office of Provincial Prosecutor, Lucena City docketed NO.1V-09-INQ-13E-00294 .<br />
7. Arrest of Tristan ZAFRA and confiscation of 1HPFA and 1Explosive<br />
On May 7, 2013 at about 10:00AM, joint elements of Cavite CIDT led by PCI REYNALDO A<br />
MAGDALUYO, NCRCIDU led by PSI ROMMEL G MACATLANG and Imus CPS led by PSUPT REDRICO A<br />
MARANAN, implemented Search Warrant No. 13-431 issued by Presiding Judge Cynthia R Marino –<br />
Ricablanca of RTC, Br. 27, Sta. Cruz, Laguna for Violation of PD 1866 (Illegal Possession of Firearms<br />
and Ammunitions) dated April 30, 2013 against Tristan ZAFRA y Cebra located at No. 325 Capt J.
Bella St., Kuwantro Kantos, Poblacion IV-B, Imus City, Cavite which to his arrest and the<br />
seizure/confiscation of pieces of evidence, to wit;<br />
a. One (1) pc. Armscor Cal. 45 pistol bearing SN:<br />
10899516;<br />
b. One (1) pc. Pineapple Type live Fragmentation<br />
Grenade;<br />
c. One (1) pc. Silencer for Cal. 45;<br />

any documents authorizing him to possess the same.<br />
The search was done in an orderly and peaceful manner in the<br />
presence of the suspect, Tristan ZAFRA, Brgy Chairman Orlando P<br />
Caimol and Brgy. Councilors Benjamin and Bobby Sasoy, all of Brgy.<br />
Poblacion IV-B, Imus City, Cavite.<br />
Allegedly, arrested suspect, Tristan ZAFRA is a member of infamous Ozamis Robbery/Hold-up<br />
Group and involved in several criminal atrocities in Metro Manila and nearby provinces.<br />
Further, suspect Tristan ZAFRA has a standing Warrant of Arrest docketed under CC# 17772 for<br />
Violation of Section 11 Art. II, RA 9165 issued by Hon. Dorcas P Ferrious-Perez, Presiding Judge, RTC,<br />
Br. 84, Batangas City dated March 20, 2013.<br />
On May 8, 2013, a case for Violation of PD 1866 (Illegal Possession of Firearms and<br />
Ammunitions) was filed before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor, Imus City, Cavite docketed<br />

8. Implementation of SW No. 13-433 against Teodora BACOLOD and confiscation of 4LPFAs and<br />
2HMFAs<br />
On May 9, 2013 at about 7:00 am, elements of this Regional Unit led by PCINSP ARIEL C<br />
MACANLALAY and PINSP RIZALDY H GARCIA under the direct supervision of the undersigned<br />
participated by Cavite CIDT led by PSINSP CAMARCE and Tanza MPS led by PSINSP DIMAPILIS,<br />
conducted raid at the residence of one TEODORA BACOLOD y BOCALAN located at Barangay,<br />
Capipisa, Tanza, Cavite by virtue of Search Warrant Number 13-433 issued by Hon. Judge Cynthia R.<br />
Marino-Ricablanca, RTC, Branch 27, Sta. Cruz, Laguna for Violation of PD 1866 as amended by RA<br />
8294 (Illegal Possession of Firearms and Ammunitions).<br />
The said operation resulted to confiscation of the following pieces of evidence, to wit;<br />

During the raid, Teodora Bacolod was not around and was reportedly on her campaign sorties<br />
being one of the candidates for Board Member in the 6 th District of Cavite. However, Mr. Edwin<br />
Bacolod, brother of Teodora presented firearms licenses intended to HPRFL/H&K Caliber 5.56 with<br />
Serial Number AF000093 and Parabellium Caliber 9mm with Serial Number 19702 with expiry date<br />
of December 4, 2013. The said firearms licenses were registered under the name of his father,<br />
Simeon Campano Bacolod who also resides at aforesaid ancestral house.<br />
The search was done in an orderly manner and witnessed by Mr. Fernando Bacolod, Cousin of<br />
the respondent,Gary Dela Peña, Resthouse Caretaker, Barangay Tanod Sofronio A. Garata and<br />
Barangay Tanod Rizaldy Cenizal, all of Barangay Capipisa, Tanza, Cavite. The confiscated evidence<br />
were brought to 4ARCIDU Office to include the two (2) firearms apparently covered with licenses for<br />
subsequent verification of its authenticity before the Firearms and Explosive Division in Camp<br />
Crame, Quezon City.<br />
On June 11, 2013, a case for Violation of PD 1866 as amended by RA 8294 (Illegal Possession of<br />
Firearms and Ammunitions) was filed before Provincial Prosecutor’s Office, Imus, Cavite docketed<br />
under NPS no. IV-03-INV-13F-2056.<br />
9. Arrest of Michael REYES and confiscation of 1LPFA<br />
On May 2, 2013 at around 1:00 AM, while PO3 Ameng and PO2<br />
Moral, both of Cavite CIDT were conducting surveillance operation<br />
at the vicinity of Barangay Sabang, Dasmarinas City, Cavite, they<br />
chanced upon three (3) unidentified male persons at the side of<br />
the road and seemed suspicious looking in nature. They were<br />
ogling at an object being shown by one of the unidentified<br />
maleperson. The police officers alighted from their vehicle from<br />
afar and cautiously approached the group. They have seen that<br />
one of the male person was holding a small firearm and they were<br />
seem to be debating for the price of the said firearm.<br />
The <strong>CIDG</strong> personnel immediately identified themselves as police officers and collared the person<br />
holding the firearm. The other two (2) male persons managed to escape and mingled with the<br />
crowd nearby.<br />
The arrested person was later identified as MICHAEL REYES Y ABARE, single, tricycle driver and a<br />
resident of #175 Sabang St., Dasmarinas City, Cavite. Confiscated from his possession and direct<br />
control were a caliber .22 revolver with no serial number and five (5) live ammunition for said<br />
caliber.<br />
On May 3, 2013, a case for Violation of P.D. 1866, as Amended by R.A. 8294 (Illegal Possession<br />
of Firearms and Ammunition) was filed before the Office of the City Prosecutor, Dasmariñas City,<br />
Cavite docketed under I.S. no. IV-24-INQ-13E-130.
10. Arrest of Orlando CARAMPOT – Alleged Financier of CARAMPOT GUN-FOR-HIRE Group and<br />
confiscation of 3HMFA and 3HPFAs<br />
On May 3, 2013 at about 7: 45 am, elements of this Regional Unit led by PCI ARIEL<br />
MACANLALAY, PCI VIRGILIO MADRONIO and PI RIZALDY H GARCIA under the direct supervision of<br />
the undersigned swooped down at the residence of ORLANDO CARAMPOT located at Green Breeze<br />
II, Brgy. Langkaan II, Dasmariñas, Cavite by virtue of Search Warrant No. 13-434 issued by Hon.<br />
Judge CYNTHIA R. MARIÑO-RICABLANCA of RTC, Branch 27, Sta Cruz, Laguna for Violation of RA<br />
8294 (Illegal Possession of Firearms and Ammunition) that resulted to his arrest and to the<br />
confiscation of pieces of evidence from his possession and control, to wit:<br />

Orlando CARAMPOT is a known financier of CARAMPOT GUN-FOR-HIRE/ROBBERY/HOLD-UP<br />
GROUP and a relative of the Gang Leader, Jervy CARAMPOT. CARAMPOT Group was the subject of<br />
Case Operational Plan CY 2012 dubbed as “Coplan Carampot” and has been under surveillance of<br />
this unit.<br />
The recovered cache of firearms from the residence of Orlando Carampot validates the<br />
information that he was the one who provides logistical support to the members of the Group in<br />
their nefarious activities. Most of the gang members including JervyCarampot have standing warrant<br />
of arrest for Murder under Criminal Case Number TMCR-263-11 issued by Hon. Judge Aurelio<br />
Icasiano, Jr, RTC, FJR, Branch 23, Trece Martirez City, Cavite.<br />
It can be recalled that sometime in April 2012, Jervy Carampot and his cousin, Rommel<br />
Carampot and other members of the group were subjected to series of raids by operatives of this<br />
Regional Unit at their suspected lairs in Barangay Santiago, General Trias, Cavite but this efforts<br />
yielded in vain. They were responsible in the Murder of Jericho Roxas, a student of Technological<br />
Institute of the <strong>Philippine</strong>s (TIP) in Cubao, Quezon City that transpired sometime on May 22, 2011 in<br />
Gen Trias, Cavite.<br />
Criminal complaints for Violation of PD 1866 as amended by RA 8294 (Illegal Possession of<br />
Firearms and Ammunitions) was filed against the respondent ORLANDO CARAMPOT before City<br />
Prosecutor’s Office, City of Dasmariñas City, Cavite on May 3, 2013 docketed under NPS No: IV-24-<br />
INV-11-13E-131.
11. Implementation of SW No. 13-413 against Mr. Simeon MANALO and confiscation 3HPFAs<br />
On April 26, 2012 at about 8:40 in the morning, personnel of<br />
Batangas CIDT led by PCI CRISTOPHER C GUSTE conducted a<br />
raid/search at the house/premises of SIMEON MANALO y<br />
SANDOVAL, located at Brgy Alagao, Bauan, Batangas, by virtue of<br />
Search Warrant No. 13-413 issued by Honorable Judge Cynthia R.<br />
Mariño-Ricablanca of RTC Branch 27, Santa Cruz, Laguna for Violation<br />
of PD 1866 as amended by RA 8294 (Illegal Possession of Firearm<br />
and Ammunition) dated April 22, 2013.<br />
The said operation which resulted to the seizure of pieces of evidence, to wit:<br />
a. One (1) piece rifle (Colt) with serial number 0054221;<br />
b. Two (2) pieces of magazine for 5.56 rifle (Colt);<br />
c. Twenty (20) pieces of live ammunition for 5.56 rifle;<br />

Upon inquiry as to the authority of the respondent to possess afore-described firearms, Mr.<br />
Simeon MANALO presented his Firearm License, and upon validation of its authenticity, confiscated<br />
items were properly released to its registered owner.<br />
12. Arrest of Robert DARIANO and confiscation 1HMFAs<br />
On May 1, 2013 at about 7:00 AM, personnel of Rizal CIDT led by PCI<br />
JASON M AGUILLON, implemented SW No. 13-421 issued by Hon. Judge<br />
Cynthia R. Mariño-Ricablanca of RTC Br 27, Santa Cruz, Laguna for<br />
Violation of PD 1866 as amended by RA 8294 (Illegal Possesion of<br />
Firearms and Ammunitions) dated April 29, 2013 against Roberto<br />
DARIANO y Vipeña of Sitio Salvacion, Brgy San Juan, Antipolo City.<br />
The said operation was conducted in an orderly manner in the<br />
presence Kag. Reymond C. Tepace and Kag. Joselito C. Tepace both of Brgy<br />
San Juan and resulted to the arrest of the respondent and to the<br />
confiscation of pieces of evidence, to wit:<br />

29, 2013 and SW NOs: 13-436 to 13-442 dated April 30, 2013, all<br />
for Violation of PD 1866, as amended by RA 8294 (Illegal<br />
Possession of Firearms and Ammunitions) issued by Honorable<br />
Judge CYNTHIA R MARIÑO-RICABLANCA of RTC Branch 27, Sta Cruz,<br />
Laguna.<br />
Search Warrant No. 13-425 against CLODUALDO ENRIQUEZ @ Cocoy, a resident of Barangay<br />
Lusacan, Tiaong, Quezon resulted to his arrest and the confiscation of the following items:<br />

Quezon resulted to his arrest and the confiscation of the following items:<br />

b. Six (6) rounds of live ammunition for caliber 5.56mm; and<br />

15. Implementation of SW No. 13-415 against Mr. Domingo PANOPIO and confiscation 1HPFA and<br />
1HMFA<br />
On April 23, 2013 at about 6:30 AM, joint personnel of Batangas CIDT led by PCI CRISTOPHER C<br />
GUSTE and operatives of 4ARCIDU led by PCI ARIEL C MACANLALAY conducted raid/search at the<br />
residence of DOMINGO PANOPIO y ORTEGA located at Brgy Pook Banal, San Pascual, Batangas by<br />
virtue of Search Warrant No. 13-415 issued by Honorable Judge Cynthia R. Mariño-Ricablanca of RTC<br />
Branch 27, Santa Cruz, Laguna for Violation of PD 1866 as amended by RA 8294 (Illegal Possession<br />
of Firearm and Ammunition) dated April 22, 2013.<br />
The said search and seizure operation resulted in the recovery of the following items:<br />
a. One (1) Unit of caliber .12 gauge shotgun rifle (Impactor/Armed/Gladiator) Made in<br />
Turkey bearing SN:5898;<br />
b. Twenty Two (22) pieces of live ammunition (Armscor) for 12 gauge shotgun rifle;<br />
c. (One (1) caliber .22 rifle (converted) without markings or serial number marked; and<br />
d. One (1) magazine for caliber .22 rifle.<br />
Respondent failed to show/present any documents pertaining to his authority to possess said<br />
firearms, thus, his arrest.
The operation was done in an orderly manner in the presence of the respondent Domingo O.<br />
Panopio and his wife Gloria C. Panopio and witnessed by Barangay Kagawad Maximino D. De Chavez<br />
of same barangay.<br />

17. Implementation of SW#13-411 against Louie De león and confiscation of 1HPFA<br />
On April 18, 2013 at about 6:00 in the morning, personnel of this regional office led by PCINSP<br />
JASON M AGUILLON under the supervisión of the undersigned, implemented Search Warrant No.<br />
13-411 for Violation of PD 1866 as amended by RA 8294 (Illegal Possession of FA and<br />
Ammunitions) issued by the Honorable CYNTHIA R MARIÑO-RICABLANCA, Presiding Judge of RTC<br />
Branch 27, 4th Judicial Region, Santa Cruz, Laguna dated April 16, 2013 at the residence of the<br />
respondent, LOUIE DE LEON located at No. 0008 Brgy. Mendiola, Siniloan, Laguna.<br />
The said search and seizure operation resulted in the recovery of the following items:<br />

issued by the PNP FEO on June 19, 2012 with expiry date on June 8, 2014 under his name, and<br />
Charge Invoice with No: 68331 for one (1) pc Cal. 45 Barrel-FS Assembly issued by Squires Bingham<br />
International, Incon Nov. 17, 2011.<br />
After careful evaluation of the documents presented by the respondent, and finding the same<br />
to be legitímate and in order, the ítems described in the FA License and Charge Invoice was properly<br />
release/ turn-over to the respondent.<br />
The same was conducted in a peaceful and orderly manner, witnessed by Brgy. Officials Ruel M<br />
Valderama (Chairman) and Felipe Castro and the respondent’s wife, Mrs. Haydee De Leon.
18. Arrest of Niel CAYUNA and confiscation of 1LPFA<br />
On April 17, 2013 at about 5:00 in the afternoon in No. 357-B, Rosa<br />
Compound, Habay 2, Bacoor City, Cavite personnel of Cavite CIDT composed<br />
of PSI MICHAEL JOHN N VILLANUEVA and PO3 Renato Ameng, under the<br />
direct supervision of PCINSP REYNALDO A MAGDALUYO, arrested one Niel<br />
CAYUNA y Gutang, resident of said place for illegal possession of one (1)<br />
Caliber .38 with serial number 341460 and loaded with six (6) pieces of<br />
live ammunition for the said caliber.<br />
Prior to the arrest of the suspect, a confidential informant came to CIDT office and personally<br />
reported that said suspect was always seen roaming around the vicinity of Brgy. Habay 2, City of<br />
Bacoor, with a hand gun obviously tucked in his waist.<br />
That acting on said information, PCI MAGDALUYO, instructed PSI VILLANUEVA and PO3 Ameng<br />
to go with the confidential informant to validate the veracity of the information. Upon arrival at<br />
Brgy. Habay 2, Bacoor City, the said confidential informant led and pointed to the arresting officers,<br />
the respondent who happened to be standing in front of a store, wherein a hand gun was visibly<br />
tucked in his waist. In that instance, the lawmen approached the respondent and introduced<br />
themselves as <strong>CIDG</strong> officers, they then asked the suspect if he has any document that he could<br />
present, authorizing him to possess the hand gun, however, the suspect failed to do so, thus he was<br />
placed on arrest and the said firearm was seized from him.<br />
The arrested person identified himself as Bryan Jomamil Cayona. However, in a conduct of<br />
investigation, it was uncovered that the true and biological name of the suspect is Niel Cayona y<br />
Gutang, married, DOB: January 6,1977, native of Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur. The act of the suspect<br />
constitute a crime of concealing his true name, which is a direct violation of the provision of Article<br />
178 of the RPC. It appeared, moreover, that herein respondent intentionally changed and concealed<br />
his true and biological name allegedly to avoid the prosecution of a pending case for Murder he<br />
allegedly committed in the Municipality of Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur.<br />
On April 18, 2013, a case for Violation of PD 1866/Omnibus Election Code/Violation of Art. 178<br />
of the RPC (Using fictitious name and concealing true name) was filed before Bacoor City<br />
Prosecutor’s Office, Bacoor City, Cavite, docketed under NPS DOCKET NO. IV-27-INQ-130-00083.<br />
19. Implementation of SW#13-403 and Confiscation of one (1) HPFA and nineteen (19) pcs of<br />
ammunition<br />
On April 10, 2013 at about 6:10 AM, personnel of Quezon CIDT led by PCI PSINSP FRANCIS<br />
ALDRICH D. GARCIA, conducted raid/search at the premises of Mr. Paulino F Gutierrez, married,<br />
farmer, whose premises is located at Brgy Pulo, San Antonio, Quezon by virtue of SW No. 13-403 for<br />
Violation of PD 1866 as amended by RA 8294 (Illegal Possession of FA and Ammunitions) issued by<br />
the Honorable CYNTHIA R MARIÑO-RICABLANCA, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 27, 4th Judicial<br />
Region, Santa Cruz, Laguna dated April 8, 2013.<br />
The said operation resulted in the confiscation of the followingitems:<br />
f. One (1) Armscor cal. 45 pistol with SN: 20790 covered by I.D.<br />
FA Lic. No. 1196766I2316983 and Control No. I-E085377 issued<br />
by the PNP FEO on May 29, 2012 and expires on April 24, 2014;<br />

However the respondent was able to present his firearms license with Card No.<br />
1196766I2316983 and Control No. I-E085377 issued by the PNP FEO on May 29, 2012 and with<br />
expiry date on April 24, 2014. After careful evaluation of the documents presented by the<br />
respondent, and finding the same to be legitímate and in order, Quezon CIDT immediately released<br />
the firearms to him.
20. Implementation of SW#13-402 and Confiscation of one (1) LPFA and One Hundred Fifry Three<br />
(153) pcs of ammunition<br />
On April 9, 2013 about 6:45 AM., personnel of Quezon CIDT led by PSINSP FRANCIS ALDRICH D.<br />
GARCIA,conducted raid/search at the residence/premises of Mr. Grenne V Herrera, located at M.L.<br />
Tagarao St., Brgy. Ilayang Iyam, Lucena City, Quezon by virtue of SW No. 13-402 for Violation of PD<br />
1866 as amended by RA 8294 (Illegal Possession of FA and Ammunitions) issued by Hon. Judge<br />
CYNTHIA R. MARINO-RICABLANCA of RTC Br. 27, Santa Cruz Laguna dated April 8, 2013.<br />
The said operation resulted to the recovery of One (1) pc<br />
Tanfoglio 9MM w/ SN. AB 36991, Five (5) pcs of Magazine for 9MM<br />
pistol and Fifty two (52) pcs of live ammunitions for the same caliber.<br />
However, Mrs. Glorelyn Coros, live-in partner of the respondent was<br />
able to present a license pertaining to the above described firearm<br />
under license# 100011l1100968 with expiry date on July 17, 2014,<br />
but she failed to present any legal documents pertaining to the<br />
recovered ammunition of M16 and Magnum 22, hence, the confiscation the same.<br />
The respondent was not around during the conduct of raid but the same was done in an orderly<br />
and peaceful manner in the presence of his live-in partner Mrs Glorelyn Coros and witnessed by<br />
Brgy Councilor Bartolome Comia and Mr Romulo P. Aldovino, of said locality.<br />
On April 16, 2013 a, criminal complaint for Violation of PD 1866, as amended by RA 8294 (Illegal<br />
Possession of Ammunition) against aforementioned respondent was filed before the Office of City<br />
Prosecutor, Lucena City, under NPS Docket Number IV-16-INV-13D-00127.<br />

On April 26, 2012 at about 8:40 in the morning, personnel of Batangas<br />

house/premises of SIMEON MANALO y SANDOVAL, located at Brgy Alagao,<br />
Bauan, Batangas, by virtue of Search Warrant No. 13-413 issued by<br />

Chiangco aired last December 2, 2012, wherein their scam activities were denounced by several<br />

Subject arrested person and his wife who was tagged as Scam Investment King/Queen in<br />
CALABARZON and Region 3 areas are long wanted for several cases of ESTAFA issued by various<br />
courts in CALABARZON, NCR and Region 3 areas.<br />
The spouses Pedernal had defrauded more or less 100 persons sometime in 2011 in Padre Garcia<br />
and Lipa City, Batangas to include several victims in Manila and Pampanga who were enticed to<br />
invest large sum of money/capital to Agri-Point Enterprises owned by the spouses, apparently<br />
engaged in importing plastic resins from China. The spouses then issued postdated checks as<br />
guarantee to the cash investment to include advance checks of 10% profit sharing. They were<br />
believed to have amassed more or less 1 Billion pesos from several investors of their business.
Record check revealed that a warrant of arrest for ESTAFA with NO BAIL RECOMMENDED was<br />
issued by Hon. Judge Agripino G Morga of 4JR, RTC, Br 32, San Pablo City, Laguna on March 5, 2012<br />
against the Vincel PEDERNAL and his wife Ana Fatima and one Henry ONA based on the complaint<br />
lodged by certain Christian Naredo who was defrauded by the accused an amount of<br />

was minor James Carlo De Leon y Valenzuela, (DOB: Oct. 11, 2013 / POB: Antipolo City), 13 yrs old,<br />
and a resident of Gloria Heights, Brgy. Dalig, Antipolo City, and who was accompanied by his parents<br />
Jimmy and Flordeliza De Leon.<br />
Investigation disclosed that the two (2) above-named minors were taken into custody by the<br />
security men of Robinsons Homes, Brgy. San Jose, Antipolo City led by Mr. Ramil Bautista at around<br />
12:00 AM, same day, along Marigold Street inside the said subdivision for vagrancy and violation of<br />
subdivision curfew policy. When the mother of Peach Hazel, Mrs. Sonia Lleses, learned about the<br />
incident, she sought the assistance of this office, which in turn coordinated with Antipolo City CSWD<br />
in the effort to secure the custody of the minor.<br />
After counseling by PO3 Dimaculangan and CSWD’s Ms. Canda, the minors were subsequently<br />
released to their respective parents in good physical and mental conditions with all parties certifying<br />
that they have no complaint whatsoever against anybody in connection with the incident.

On May 1, 2013, at around 5:30 AM, joint elements of 4ARCIDU and PRO CALABARZON led by<br />
PSSUPT PEDRO B CABATINGAN JR and PSSUPT RONALD V SANTOS, respectively, simultaneously<br />
implemented Search Warrant Nos: 13-423 to 13-425 dated April 29, 2013 and SW NOs: 13-436 to<br />
13-442 dated April 30, 2013, all for Violation of PD 1866, as amended by RA 8294 (Illegal<br />
Possession of Firearms and Ammunitions) issued by Honorable Judge CYNTHIA R MARIÑO-<br />
RICABLANCA of RTC Branch 27, Sta Cruz, Laguna.<br />
Search Warrant No. 13-438 against DOMINGO URI of Barangay Pulo, San Antonio, Quezon<br />

On June 19, 2013 at about 3:00PM, Laguna CIDT Office received<br />
information from a concerned citizen with regard the abandoned<br />
tricycle loaded with undetermined number of native dogs at Brgy. San<br />
Roque, San Pedro, Laguna. Acting on that said information, personnel<br />
of Laguna CIDT proceeded to said place to verify the information.<br />
Upon arrival thereat, they recovered one abandoned (1) NORKIS<br />
SUNRISER Motorcycle loaded with twelve (12) live native dogs<br />
together with one (1) already dead. Said recovery was immediately<br />
referred to Mr. Ronald T Sariego, Investigator/ Researcher of Animal<br />
Kingdom Foundation, Inc. wherein Laguna CIDT turned-over said<br />
domestic dogs to the foundation for proper disposition and custody.
At present, Laguna CIDT in coordination with San Pedro MPS is still conducting further<br />
investigation to determine the rightful owner of said motor vehicle and file appropriate charges<br />
against subject person, if evidence warrants.<br />
2. Arrest of Ronel MORAL for QUALIFIED THEFT and Bernard CARRENO for THEFT<br />
On June 12, 2013 at about 1:30AM along Governor’s Drive, brgy. Sampaloc 4, Dasmariñas City,<br />
Cavite, personnel of Cavite CIDT led by PSI ALBERTO CAMARCE under the direct supervision of PCI<br />
REYNALDO A MAGDALUYO, arrested Ronel MORAL y Tan for Qualified Theft and Bernard CARRENO<br />
y Obor for Theft and both employees of Fiber Home Company, a Sub-Contractor Company of the<br />
PLDT.<br />
The arrest of the herein suspects stemmed from the complaint filed before this Cavite CIDT on<br />
June 12, 2013 at about 12:30AM by Mr. Vicente DELLA y Borgonio, a duly representative of Digitel<br />
Telecommunication Company, who complained of rampant theft incident involving multi-purpose<br />
cable line wires along the vicinity of Brgy. Sampaloc 4, Dasmariñas City, Cavite.<br />
Acting on the said complaint, personnel this Cavite CIDT accompanied the complainant, Mr.<br />
Vicente DELLA y Borgonio at Brgy. Sampaloc 4, Dasmariñas City, Cavite together with Security<br />
Guards Elieser P Comilang and Nelben J Lipura of the Globe Telecom for possible police operation on<br />
the alleged theft of cable line wires of the said telecommunications company.<br />
Consequently, the suspects wee chanced upon while in the act of loading to a Multicab “Rusco”,<br />
which was described as colored blue and bearing PN: TOV-115, several pieces of Multi-Cable Wire<br />
Lines belonging to the Digitel and Globe Telecommunications Company.<br />
The herein suspects readily introduced themselves as employees of Fiber Home Company, a<br />
Sub-Contractor of PLDT, however, they failed to present any pertinent documents relative to the<br />
legality of their of their activity and connection with Fiber Home Company.<br />
The above-named suspects were immediately take into custody of Cavite CIDT considering the<br />
evident violation of the crimes of Qualified Theft and Theft, together with the stolen items,<br />
composed of Multi Cable Wire Lines.<br />
The arrested suspects were apprised of their constitutional rights in the dialect/language known<br />
to and understand by them and the nature of the offense imputed against them. They were brought<br />
to Cavite CIDT Office, as well as the seized items, for documentation and proper disposition.<br />
Several pieces of the stolen cable wires were positively identified by the Digitel<br />
Telecommunication Company as the property of the latter and described as “Digitel Columbia<br />
Wires”. On the other hand, the other pieces of cable wires lines were identified by Mr. Arturo P Cruz<br />
of Globe Telecommunication Company as property of the latter which was described as “Property of<br />
Innove Communications”.<br />
According to Mr. Vicente B Della, duly representative of Digitel Telecommunication, the stolen<br />
Digitel Cable line has commercial value amounting to Forty Four Thousand Three Hundred One<br />
Pesos and Sixty Eight Centavos (Php44,301.68) while the other cable lines described as “Property of<br />
Innove Communications” has commercial value of One Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos<br />
(Php120,000.00) based on the declaration of Mr. Arturo P Cruz, a Globe representative.<br />
On June 13, a case for Qualified Theft and Theft were filed before the Office of the City<br />
Prosecutor, Dasmariñas City, Cavite docketed under IS No. IV-24-INQ-13F-195.
3. Arrest of Jayson ESPEJO and Ana Marie MENDOZA for MURDER of Asst. Prov’l Prosecutor<br />
Alexander SANDOVAL<br />
On June 13, 2013 at around 11:30AM, Atty. ALEXANDER SANDOVAL y CABRAL, 40 yrs old,<br />
Provincial Prosecutor of Batangas and resident of Analyn Subd., Brgy. Alangilan, Batangas City, was<br />
shot to death by two (2) unidentified gunmen on board a motorcycle at the junction of Brgy. Muzon,<br />
Sta. Teresita, Batangas.<br />
Initial investigation disclosed that the victim was then driving a color blue, Toyota Revo with PN:<br />
XME-405, when upon reaching Brgy. Pacifico, Sta. Teresita, Batangas, he slowed down to turn left<br />
going to Lemery, Batangas, when two (2) male suspects on board a color blue motorcycle with<br />
unknown plate number, came from behind and waylaid the victim’s vehicle and shot the victim. As a<br />
result, the victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds causing his instantaneous death.<br />
The suspects, who were described by the witnesses as two (2) malefactors on board a blue<br />
motorcycle with “FOR REGISTRATION” plate, one was wearing a white shirt with light green bullcap,<br />
black complexion and medium built and the other one was wearing black complexion and lightly<br />
built, and fled towards Taal, Batangas with its back-up car, a color white Toyota Corolla, model 92,<br />
with Plate No: TDD 852.<br />
The incident was immediately reported to San Luis MPS by a concerned citizen, thus acting on<br />
the said information, elements of San Luis MPS led by PINSP CONRADO DE GRACIA DE CASTRO JR,<br />
DCOP immediately proceeded at the said place to verify the veracity of the report and to conduct<br />
investigation. SOCO Team of the Provincial Crime Laboratory Office was requested to conduct<br />
technical investigation of the crime scene. Post Mortem Examination/Autopsy to the cadaver of the<br />
victim was conducted by Dr Antonio Bertido, (Medico-Legal Officer), <strong>National</strong> Bureau of<br />
Investigation (NBI).<br />
A Special Investigation Task Group (SITG) “SANDOVAL” was immediately created to focused on<br />
the investigation of the said killing, wherein BATANGAS CIDT was a member. A hot-pursuit operation<br />
was initiated by the SITG that resulted to the recovery of one (1) Honda Wave motorcycle, color<br />
black, with chassis number KWY010620875 and engine number KWY01E062892 registered to a<br />
certain Richard Briones y Arellano of Brgy Calayaan, Sta Teresita, Batangas and to the arrest of one<br />
(1) of the suspect, identified as a certain Jayson Espejo y Guerrero, 26 years old, jobless, native of<br />
Brgy 78, Laoag, Ilocos Sur.<br />
On even date at about 11:30 PM, Jayson Espejo, gave his Extra Judicial Confession to probers of<br />
Batangas CIDT, wherein, he reveals the following:<br />
‣ That OOA 8:00 am to 9:00 am of June 11, 2013 Jayson Espejo and a certain “Toks” arrived at<br />
the residence of Brgy Captain Hermogenes B Mendoza and Ana Marie I Mendoza at Brgy Calayaan,<br />
Sta Teresita, Batangas wherein they planned to kill Fiscal Alexander Sandoval y Cabral and stayed<br />
thereat and to the other house/place owned by the couple;<br />
‣ That OOA 4:00 pm of June 12, 2013 using the Mitsubishi Pajero owned by Mr and Mrs<br />
Mendoza, they were escorted by the driver/trustee of Brgy Captain Hermogenes B Mendoza to<br />
conduct casing of Fiscal Alexander Sandoval’s route pattern and in other occasion used the Toyota<br />
Corolla, color white with plate number TDD-852 registered to Mr and Mrs Anna Marie I Mendoza in<br />
conducting similar activities.<br />
Acting on the said information, a follow-up operation was initiated by joint personnel of<br />
Batangas CIDT led by PCINSP CRISTOPHER C GUSTE, Batangas PIIB under PCINSP DIVINO, RPSB-4A<br />
and BATS PPSC under PO2 Eugene Villanueva and PO2 Peter Dimaunahan, respectively, Sta. Teresita<br />
MPS led by PSI ALFIE SALANG and Batangas Highway Patrol Group, who stake-out at the residence of<br />
the alleged masterminds located at Brgy. Kalayaan, Sta. Teresita, Batangas while a search warrant<br />
was being applied by Batangas CIDT.
On June 14, 2013, at about 8:30 am, by strength of Search Warrants No: 09-13-10-13 and 11-13<br />
for “Violation of PD 1866 as amended by RA 8294” against respondents/alleged masterminds, BRGY<br />
CAPT. HERMOGENES MENDOZA and ANNA MARIE ILAGAN-MENDOZA, issued by Exec. Judge<br />
Juanita G Areta of RTC, 4JR, Br 86, Taal, Batangas, the joint personnel of Batangas CIDT, Batangas<br />
PPO, RPSB and HPG entered the resident/premises of the afore-mentioned respondents, wherein<br />
the following pieces of evidence were recovered/confiscated:<br />

On June 14, 2013, a Case Conference was held at the BPPO Training Center, attended by SITG<br />
members, Honorable CLARO A ARELLANO, Prosecutor General, Honorable ERNESTO MENDOZA,<br />
Regional Prosecutor and other personalities of the Department of Justice, Manila, wherein,<br />
Prosecutor General ARELLANO commended the Batangas PPO and Batangas CIDT for their swift and<br />
prompt response, thus giving justice to the slained Fiscal Alexander Sandoval and to his immediate<br />
family and to the Prosecution Service in general.<br />
Honorable Lourdes Ramirez Zapanta, Provincial Prosecutor, Province of Batangas inhibited their<br />
Office in handling the case for Murder and for violation of PD 1866 as amended by RA 82944 against<br />
the suspect in the killing of Fiscal Alexander Sandoval Y Cabral, Provincial Prosecutor III. Honorable<br />
CLARO A RELLANO, Prosecutor General, DOJ, Mania said that they will handle the case and informed<br />
the STIG- SANDOVAL that prosecution Attorney will be sent , before the first hour of the following<br />
day, June 15, 2013 for the inquest proceeding.
On June 15, 2013, a case of Article 248 of RPC (Murder) was filed against the suspects: Jayson<br />
Espejo Y Guerrero, 26 years old, resident of Brgy. 7A, Laoag City, Ilocos Norte (arrested); Ana Marie I<br />
Mendoza, legal age, married, resident of Brgy. Calayaan, Sta. Teresita, Batangas (arrested);<br />
Hermogenes BV. Mendoza, legal age, married, resident of Brgy. Calayaan, Sta. Teresita, Batangas<br />
(at-large); Richard Arellano Briones, legal age, resident of Brgy Calayan, Sta Teresita, Batangas (atlarge);<br />
alias TOKS , male, legal age, resident of Bato City, Ilocos Norte (at-large); and Two(2) John<br />
Does (at-large), docketed under NPS No. XVI – INQ – 13F – 00048 with Pros. Jayvee Laurence B<br />
Bandong and Pros. Omar Cris F Casimiro as the Prosecution Attoney from DOJ, Manila.<br />

Bulua, Cagayan De Oro City, joint elements of Rizal CIDT under the<br />
supervision of PCI JASON M AGUILLON, Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas, led<br />
by Agent Nestor Arenas and Agent Rene Mark Fajardo, <strong>Police</strong> Station<br />
1 led by PCI HENRY DOMINGO CAY-AS, STACOM and <strong>Police</strong> Station 7,<br />
implemented Search Warrant No. 2013-010 issued by Hon. Judge<br />
Vincent F.B. Rosales of RTC Branch 23, Cagayan De Oro on June 21,<br />
2013 for Violation of Art 166 (Illegal possession and use of false<br />
treasury or bank notes and other instruments of credit) & Art 168<br />

the representative of Globe Telecom conducted police operation re<br />

thereto, Providing Penalties and for other purposes).<br />
The operation resulted to the arrest of Garry RELOS y Villagonza, 41 years old, married,<br />
Electrician, DOB: September 18, 1971, POB: Surigao Del Norte and presently residing at Block 75, Lot<br />
3, Mabuhay City, Cabuyao City, Laguna while in possession of two (2) Globe Wimax Broad band<br />
Modem.<br />

On April 16, 2013 at about 9:30 AM in front of Mini Stop<br />
Convenient Store located at J.P. Rizal St. Mendez, Cavite, personnel of<br />
Cavite CIDT under the direct supervision of PSI ALBERTO CAMARCE<br />
conducted operation based on the complaint lodged by GLOBE<br />
TELECOM represented by Mr. Jon-Jon MASICLAT, Investigator of<br />
Security Link Globe Telecom (TESCO) re Violation of RA 8484 (An Act<br />
Regulating the Issuance And Use of Access Devices, Prohibiting<br />
Fraudulent Acts Committed Relative thereto, Providing Penalties and<br />
for other purposes).<br />
The operation resulted to the arrest of Mark Villanueva y Baredo and Franciso Espino y<br />
Alantara while in possession of four (4) Globe Wimax Broadband Modem.<br />
