A speaker will indicate the specific Agenda item, by resolution number, that will be addressed and have a total time limit of 5 minutes. A community forum will be a maximum of thirty (30) minutes in length unless there are unusual circumstances." A motion was duly made with second to open Community Forum I. Barb Mayer, FTEA President Ms. Mayer referenced Resolution #10/11-087-R-474, and asked why the resolution was amended. The Business Administrator/Secretary to the Board responded that the employee had been compensated by voucher for a portion of the timeframe specified in the resolution. 554 555 556 Seeing no further community interest in addressing the Board of Education, President Cartier called for a motion to close Community Forum I.
