Conditions
(1) The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later
than the expiration of three years beginning with the date on which the
permission is granted.
Grounds: In pursuance of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990 as amended by the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
(2) Prior to the commencement of development, details in the form of samples of
external finishing materials to be used in the construction of the development
hereby approved shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District
Planning Authority and shall be implemented in accordance with the approved
details.
Grounds: In the interest of visual amenity and the setting of the listed
building and in pursuance of policies E1, E14 and E19 of the Swale Borough
Local Plan 2008.
(3) No development hereby permitted shall take place until a schedule of tree and
shrub planting along the front section of the western boundary of the site, with
a plan giving species and planting densities, has been submitted to and
approved by the District Planning Authority. The schedule shall include the
timescale for implementation, and planting shall be carried out in accordance
with the approved timescale. Any trees or shrubs removed or dying within 5
years of planting shall be replaced with trees or shrubs of such size or species
as may be agreed in writing by the District Planning Authority.
