Conclusion
This year has been extremely busy, but productive. Working and supporting the children,
families, the community and WAMS. We are taking small steps to accomplish high quality
education for children 0 to 5 years and their families. With all the changes that are being
implemented within children’s services staff have worked extremely hard accessing training
to prepare us for the transition.
We will be asking WAMS to help us and support Goonimoo with more access to training; as
the changes to mobile services are still in draft form. We have not had confirmation of the
implementation date. However; when we receive this date we will need to be organised and
prepared to take on the new challenge.
We have collaborated with the community of Walgett; as is shown in the data collected.
As more children and families are accessing our services; we hope to work together with
other sections of WAMS to improve the education and health of the younger children of our
community.
